Dameon J. Parker, a 21-year-old male, was tragically killed in a shooting on January 12, 2021, in Jackson, Mississippi. The incident occurred at the Alta Woods apartments on Albermarle Road, where officers responded to a call of shots fired. Upon their arrival, they discovered Parker with a gunshot wound to the head. He was rushed to a local hospital but succumbed to his injuries the following day.
