In the spring of 2018, the life of 19-year-old Willie Montrell Clark was tragically cut short in Jackson, Mississippi. On the evening of April 18th, he was discovered on University Boulevard, having sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the chest. When first responders arrived at the scene, they found the young man unresponsive, and his life could not be saved.
