Takoria "LuLu" Brown, aged 37, was found dead on May 7, 2021, in a room at the Econo Lodge off Interstate 55 in Canton, Mississippi. Her body was discovered by a housekeeping crew, and she had been shot multiple times. This tragic incident marked the first murder in Canton for the year 2021.
