In the winter of 2010, a temporary living arrangement turned into a permanent and tragic end for Roger Lawrence Wayne Britt. The 51-year-old man was staying in the garage of his mother's Oklahoma City home while his own apartment was undergoing renovations. He had been residing in the makeshift space for less than a month and, according to authorities, had few visitors during that time.
