On October 24, 2012, 18-year-old Daquan Lamont Stephens was shot and killed in the parking lot of the Terrace Apartments in northwest Oklahoma City. The shooting occurred around 10:30 p.m., and Stephens was rushed to the hospital, but he did not survive. At the scene, police found a car that matched the description of a potential suspect vehicle, and several individuals in the car were questioned.
