On a quiet evening in Oklahoma City on June 5, 2009, the tranquility of Lake Stanley Draper was shattered by a grim discovery. Twenty-three-year-old Tyrell Cornelus Bolton, a young man with a promising future, was found lifeless inside his vehicle. He had been shot multiple times in the head, neck, and chest.
