On May 22, 2016, 26-year-old Angelo Roberson was found shot multiple times inside his car in southeast Oklahoma City. The shooting occurred in the 4500 block of S. Sunnylane Road, where Roberson was sitting in his vehicle when another car pulled up behind him. Two suspects exited the vehicle and fired multiple rounds at Roberson. He was rushed to the hospital but tragically succumbed to his injuries the following day.
