On October 12, 2013, 36-year-old Benny Antronell Dean was shot and killed in northeast Oklahoma City. The incident occurred early in the morning, around 1:30 a.m., near N.E. 28th Street and Eastern Avenue. Witnesses reported hearing gunshots, and when police arrived, they found Dean critically injured. He was transported to a local hospital but tragically succumbed to his injuries.
