On June 15, 2017, Timothy Niedo, aged 25, was shot to death in the parking lot of the Meridian Ridge Apartments in Oklahoma City. The incident stemmed from a domestic dispute involving Niedo's girlfriend and her ex-boyfriend, Randy Terry. Witnesses reported hearing two gunshots, seeing two men running, and then observing one of the men, later identified as Terry, standing over Niedo and firing more shots.
