In Oklahoma City, a heartbreaking incident unfolded that led to the death of five-year-old Trevion Cole. On April 8, 2021, young Trevion was fatally wounded in what was reported as an accidental shooting.

The tragedy occurred inside a home in the northeast part of the city. Trevion and his brother discovered a gun and were playing with it when the firearm discharged. A single bullet struck Trevion in the stomach. Emergency services were called, and the young boy was rushed to a nearby chi ...
