In the fall of 2015, a quiet life was tragically cut short in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Jeffrey Lynn Alexander, a 54-year-old man, was found deceased in an alley near downtown Tulsa on the morning of Saturday, October 3, 2015. An initial investigation by the Tulsa Police Department determined that Alexander had been the victim of gun violence, having been shot and killed the previous day.
