In a tragic turn of events on a Wednesday night in November 2015, a young life was cut short in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Manuel Rivas, a 22-year-old male, died after a violent altercation outside an apartment complex. The incident, which police later described as stemming from a drug-related transaction, escalated quickly and resulted in Rivas suffering from a gunshot wound. After being shot, he ran into the parking lot where he tragically fell and was then run over by a car.
