In the early hours of Sunday, May 8, 2016, Cristian Estrada Tovar was a 22-year-old man living in Oklahoma City when violence found him outside a modest home on Southwest 24th Street. Just before dawn, in the quiet between night and morning, neighbors in the southwest part of the city reported the sharp crack of gunfire outside a residence near Southwest 24th Street and South Western Avenue.
