Francelia Palomares, aged 32, was brutally murdered on November 6, 2009, in Houston, Texas. Palomares was working alone at the Dolex Dollar Express, a check-cashing store on Fulton Street, when the attack occurred. Investigators reported that she had been beaten, sexually assaulted, and strangled.
