In the spring of 2021, a life full of promise was tragically cut short in Oklahoma City. Victor Hugo Reyes, an 18-year-old Hispanic male, was fatally wounded on the evening of April 18th. The incident that led to his untimely death began with a verbal altercation, a disagreement that escalated with devastating consequences.
