In the early morning hours of November 1, 2015, Devin Dale Fuller, a 24-year-old Black male and an Army veteran, was shot and killed in Oklahoma City. The incident occurred around 3:30 a.m. in the 1200 block of North Pennsylvania Avenue as Fuller was picking up a friend outside a bar. He sustained a gunshot wound to the head and was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
