In the early morning hours of July 14, 2016, a confrontation at an Oklahoma City apartment complex tragically ended the life of 38-year-old Kenta Stepney. The incident unfolded at the Potomac House Apartments, situated near S.W. 59th and S. May Avenue, escalating from a dispute into a fatal shootout.
