In the evening hours of a Saturday in Oklahoma City, tragedy struck a neighborhood on the upper Eastside, forever altering the lives of a local family. On November 16, 2024, at approximately 7:58 p.m., police were dispatched to the 700 block of NE Katherine Place following reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, they discovered 14-year-old Jordan Gulley, a Black male, lying unresponsive in the street, having sustained gunshot wounds.
