In the quiet cold of a January evening in Oklahoma City, a domestic dispute escalated into a tragedy that ended the life of 38-year-old Quaylan Jeffers. On January 13, 2019, Jeffers was shot and killed in his home in the northeast part of the city. The male victim's life was cut short in what police have described as a heated argument with his girlfriend.
