In the early evening of June 17, 2026, the quiet of a field near I-240 and Walker Avenue in southwest Oklahoma City was broken by a grim discovery. The body of 32-year-old Devin Waitman Brewer was found, his life tragically cut short by what appeared to be a fatal gunshot wound. First responders were summoned to the scene at approximately 7:00 PM, and upon their arrival, they confirmed the death of the Oklahoma City man.
