Floyd Williams, a 45-year-old man, was shot and killed late on May 26, 2026, in northwest Oklahoma City. Police were called to an apartment complex near Northwest 23rd Street and North Portland Avenue after reports of gunfire, arriving around 10:45 p.m. Officers found Williams inside an apartment, where he was pronounced dead at the scene.
