Justin “Jay” Daniel Palazzo, a 24-year-old white male from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, had built his short life around family, music, and a deep devotion to his young daughter before it was abruptly ended by gunfire in the summer of 2012. Born on August 12, 1987, in Arlington, Texas, he was the son of Richard Palazzo and Julie Palazzo and had roots that stretched between Oklahoma, Arkansas, and British Columbia through his parents and extended family.
