In the afternoon hours of a Thursday in Oklahoma City, a sequence of events unfolded that would tragically end the life of Louie Michael Cooksey. On November 14, 2013, emergency services received a call shortly before 3 p.m. reporting a stabbing at the Seminole Ridge apartments, located near I-240 and Santa Fe. The initial information provided to authorities would soon prove to be inaccurate.
