Carlos Castro, age 26, was found dead on August 23, 2016, in northeast Oklahoma City, near the intersection of NE 16th Street and Coltrane Road. Castro had suffered gunshot wounds, and his body was discovered by authorities early in the morning. The Oklahoma City Police initiated an investigation, but at the time, no suspects were immediately identified.
