Kyron Ray, a 35-year-old Black/African American male from Oklahoma City, was shot to death in the early morning hours of Sunday, May 3, 2015, at the Sooner Haven Apartments in the 3600 block of North Lottie Avenue in northeast Oklahoma City. Police were called to the complex at around 1:15 a.m., and what had been another quiet night at the large apartment community suddenly became the scene of a homicide investigation as officers converged on the address.
