In the late hours of January 14, 2008, the life of 20-year-old Stephen Allen Mollman, a White male, was tragically cut short in southwest Oklahoma City. Authorities responded to reports of gunfire and discovered Mollman at the scene, where he was pronounced dead from a gunshot wound. At the time of his death, he was a loving son, father to a daughter named Emily, brother, and friend.
The investigation into his death began immediately, with police canvassing the area and seeking
information from the public. Described by those who knew him as a bright young man with a promising future, his sudden and violent passing was a shock to his community. Authorities urged anyone with information to come forward to help solve the tragic homicide.
Despite the initial investigation and public pleas for assistance, no suspects were immediately identified in the shooting. The case eventually went cold, and to this day, the murder of Stephen Allen Mollman remains unsolved.
