In a quiet north Tulsa neighborhood, the life of 25-year-old Francis White was cut short on an autumn day in 2016. On the afternoon of Tuesday, October 25th, an argument escalated to a fatal confrontation. White, a young man with his life ahead of him, found himself in a dispute with a homeowner that tragically ended in gunfire.
