In the early hours of December 27, 2021, a Christmas weekend visit with family in Tulsa, Oklahoma, turned into a tragedy for 13-year-old Lamar 'Bam' Nor III. A male, Lamar was discovered near the entrance of the Savannah Landing apartment complex around 4:15 a.m. by Tulsa Police officers who were responding to reports of gunfire.
