In the late hours of September 5, 2017, the life of 21-year-old Shayron Nichelle Brown was tragically cut short in a wave of violence that swept through the Savanna Landing apartment complex in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Brown, a young mother who was in the early stages of pregnancy, was discovered deceased inside one of the apartments, becoming the second victim of a grim sequence of events that had begun to unfold hours earlier.
