In the spring of 1991, a young woman's life was tragically cut short in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Robertina Inez Hellman, an 18-year-old Caucasian female and a senior at Union High School, had only been living on her own for about three months in the Eagle Point Apartments. On May 14th, her life came to a violent end in the place she had just begun to call home.
