On a summer evening in Tulsa, Oklahoma, a dispute that began in the parking garage of the Osage Casino tragically escalated, leading to the death of 49-year-old Tabitha Sinclair on July 9, 2022. Sinclair, a White/Caucasian woman, was involved in an altercation with another woman, later identified as Jacqueline Mills.
