In the winter of 2019, the life of 15-year-old Roshawna Stevens was tragically cut short in a brutal act of violence that also claimed the lives of her mother and her mother's fiancé. On January 7, family members, unable to make contact with them, requested a welfare check at their Oklahoma City home.
