On the early morning of July 3, 2019, Rebecca Roman, a 32-year-old female, was fatally wounded in a drive-by shooting in a northeast Oklahoma City neighborhood. The incident unfolded around 2:30 a.m. while she was standing outside a residence. Witnesses reported that a vehicle approached and unleashed a barrage of gunfire, striking the house and tragically hitting Roman.
