In the winter of 2025, the life of 19-year-old Promise Michelle Celie Cooper, a young woman filled with hope and anticipating the birth of her daughter, Miracle Michelle Marie, was tragically cut short. On February 11th, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Promise, a female, was fatally wounded by a gunshot.
