In the spring of 2019, a burst of gunfire shattered the peace of an Oklahoma City evening, claiming the life of Arnold Antwine Brown. The 46-year-old man was fatally shot on Friday, March 29, 2019, in what authorities would quickly label a homicide. The incident unfolded on the south side of the city, where Brown was struck by bullets in a drive-by shooting.
