On the evening of December 2, 2015, a chaotic sequence of events in Oklahoma City led to the untimely death of 18-year-old Ruben Rodriquez. The young man, a male, was reportedly engaged in criminal activity with an associate, Christian Navarro, at an apartment complex situated on the W. I-240 Service Road when he was fatally shot.
