Murdered

On November 30, 2010, Michael Wayne Smith, aged 45, was shot and killed in northeast Oklahoma City. The incident occurred in the parking lot of a business located near the 9800 block of Spencer Jones Road. According to police, Smith was involved in an argument at the scene when the situation escalated, resulting in gunfire. He was then transported by a private vehicle to Midwest City Hospital, where he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
