On the evening of what should have been a celebration, his 31st birthday, Steven Pedigo, a male resident of Oklahoma City, was fatally shot on September 14, 2016. The incident occurred in the parking lot of a Super 8 Motel located on Northwest 39th Street. Mr. Pedigo was discovered by authorities with a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The investigation into the homicide led police to identify two suspects, 19-year-old Christian Frels and 19-year-old Essence Omunique Ro ...
