On a Tuesday afternoon in Tulsa, Oklahoma, a dispute that began on the road tragically cut short the life of 24-year-old Lakeia Gaines. On February 4, 2020, what started as a road rage incident near East 51st Street and Memorial Drive escalated into a fatal confrontation in a Walgreens parking lot.
