In the summer of 2020, a young man's life, filled with promise and aspirations of serving his community, was tragically cut short on the streets of Oklahoma City. Abraham Rodriguez, a 19-year-old Hispanic male, was driving with a friend on the evening of August 7th. Near the intersection of Southwest 23rd Street and Miller Avenue, a brief and seemingly insignificant exchange of words with a pedestrian escalated into a fatal encounter.
