In the fading light of a Tuesday evening in Muskogee, Oklahoma, on December 22, 2020, a burst of gunfire shattered the calm at an apartment complex on South York Street. When the chaos subsided, 19-year-old Malski MalTajuan Hill, a male, was among the four men who had been shot. The incident, which occurred shortly before 10 p.m., left a scene of confusion and sorrow.
