Phillip Barnett, a 76-year-old male, tragically passed away on November 5, 2019, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was found dead at his residence on Harcourt Drive in Springdale, Ohio, with multiple gunshot wounds. The Hamilton County Coroner's Office determined his death to be an apparent homicide.
