On the evening of September 19, 2024, at approximately 7:34 p.m., Cincinnati police responded to reports of a shooting on Kings Run Court in the Winton Hills neighborhood. Upon arrival, officers discovered 41-year-old John Green suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite life-saving efforts by the Cincinnati Fire Department, Green was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
