On September 23, 2022, 32-year-old Demetrius Clay was fatally shot in a drive-by shooting in the Millvale neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio. Clay was sitting in a vehicle when two men, Charles Feliciano and Christopher Davis, pulled up alongside him and opened fire. Clay sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Following the incident, Cincinnati police launched an investigation that led to the arrest of Feliciano and Davis. Both men were indicted by a grand j ...
