Rickardo Harris, a 23-year-old man from Cincinnati, Ohio, was tragically found shot to death on September 13, 2020, in the 8400 block of Tuskegee Lane in Hartwell. The Cincinnati Police Department was called to the scene after receiving a report of shots fired. Harris's death marked the 71st homicide in Cincinnati that year, surpassing the total number of homicides in the city for the entire previous year.
