On a summer afternoon in Oklahoma City, tragedy struck, forever altering the lives of those who knew Tasha Martinez-Garcia. The 39-year-old Hispanic female was fatally shot on August 3, 2021. The incident occurred around 3:32 p.m. at a residence located at 1621 NE 12th Street.
