In the early morning hours of a summer day in Oklahoma City, a gathering at an apartment complex near the I-240 Service Road and South May Avenue took a tragic turn. On June 26, 2022, 24-year-old Tyree Donte Lowman, a Black male, was at a party when an altercation broke out. The dispute escalated, leading to gunfire.
