In the spring of 2015, a young man's life was cut short on the streets of Oklahoma City. Curlee Harper, an 18-year-old male, was on foot in the 1500 block of S Indiana Avenue on the evening of March 24th. An altercation erupted between Harper and at least one other individual, which tragically escalated to the point of gunfire. Harper was struck and subsequently rushed to OU Medical Center for treatment. Despite the efforts of medical personnel, he succumbed to his injuries. His death marked the ...
