In the spring of 2015, a young man's life was cut short on the streets of Oklahoma City. Curlee Harper, an 18-year-old male, was on foot in the 1500 block of S Indiana Avenue on the evening of March 24th. An altercation erupted between Harper and at least one other individual, which tragically escalated to the point of gunfire.
