A family argument in Oklahoma City on a Thursday afternoon took a tragic turn, leaving one brother dead and the other in custody. Otis Butler, a 48-year-old Black male, was shot and killed on July 7, 2022, following a dispute with his older brother. The fatal encounter happened around 4:30 p.m. at a residence on Northwest 58th Street.
