Jack Clark Hebard, aged 38, tragically died on February 18, 1963, in Green Bay, Wisconsin. His death was part of a horrific mass murder that shocked the community. Jack, along with his wife Joyce Hebard, his stepson John Rudell, and his twin stepdaughters Janice and Judy Rudell, were all found shot to death in their home. Each victim had been shot in the head with a high-caliber gun.
